About This Beer
This limited-edition Sour brew sat in the wooden cracks of red wine barrels for 14 months.
Tasting Notes
Soaking up the tannic oakiness gave the brew deep notes of rich cherry, tart mixed berry, and sweet pear. A vinous character runs throughout the sip, wrapping its vines around the fruity notes and squeezing until every last drop of lip-puckering complexity lands on your taste buds.

Super lambic on the nose with plenty of fragrant raspberries. Super dry, effervescent, and funky on the palate with a tart, dry finish. Real nice.

I really enjoyed this beer, to me its not overly complicated and easy to enjoy and let your palate denote the various tastes in the beer. Just enjoy, I’m sure you’ll like.

Very dry and astringent. Complex vinous flavors, with assertive notes of red wine. A great sour, but lacking the robustness or maltiness of a red ale.
