Once upon a time, a brewer named Ben Silvestro and his girlfriend Natalie Flores, got engaged. His coworkers at DSSOLVR dreamed up the perfect gift for them — a Mexican Lager brewed especially to commemorate the wedding! 

They packed it with 100% Epiphany Malts, and hopped it with Huell Melon to coax out a touch of sweetness. Combining the lovebirds’ last names, they called it: The Legend of Florestro. 

But then, the evil virus Covid-19 ravaged the planet. Leaders everywhere banned large gatherings of all kinds, and Natalie and Ben had to postpone their nuptials. 

Meanwhile, the Mexican Lager was getting more delicious by the day. To buy time, the brewers let it age longer than initially planned. Months later when they taste-tested it, notes of toasted raisin bread and sweet corn tantalized their tongues, followed by a dry finish with a hint of cantaloupe. 

When Ben learned how delicious the brew had turned out, he insisted DSSOLVR release it ahead of his wedding. It was time to can this crushable treat and share it with the world. And thus, the Legend of Florestro was born.
