About This Beer
To make today’s uniquely delicious Sour Ale, the craft captains at Martin House took a lactose-infused base and matured it in whiskey barrels for four months. Then they conditioned the tangy tipple with a boatload of blueberries, giving it immense waves of juicy fruit.
Tasting Notes
Towering berry tones swell in every tart taste, while splashes of vanilla oak and barrel spice bob throughout, giving the fruit a nearly vinous quality. Hints of blueberry sorbet surface before it all flows into a balanced whiskey finish.
