When two powerhouse Pacific Northwest breweries like Georgetown and pFriem get together for a WCIPA collab, it’s worth paying attention!
The duo created The Tao of Manny and its pFriem counterpart, The Tao of Josh, with the same ingredients — a pilsner and pale malt base plus mountains of Mosaic, Mosaic Dynaboost, Citra, Nelson, Nectaron, and Krush Cryo — allowing them to highlight their individual brewing styles.
Tasting Notes
This brew pours crisp and clean, with aromas teasing resin and juice. Take a gulp and a cascade of mango, overripe passion fruit, and peach ring tones ripple over sprucey dankness and pithy orange nuances.
