Easily my favorite TIPA. The soft touch at the start lets way to a juicy burst of flavor where the notes of the hops just manage to peak out to remind you that they are there. The clean finish with just that light grapefruit leaves your mouth watering for it's next succulent swig. Even as the beer warms in the glass, the flavor seems to get stronger and better. my only negative is that I didn't buy more.
