About This Beer
To make it, the Drekker crew went full shamrock, adding massive doses of vanilla soft serve ice cream, mint milkshake syrup, and actual creme de menthe. Then they gave it a tropical touch with doses of banana and cream of coconut.
Tasting Notes
It’s like something a gold-hoarding, wish-granting, top hat-wearing rainbow chaser might drink! It’s rich, creamy, and fantastically minty, with hints of tropical fruit dancing around the edges. It really does taste like an upscale version of a mint milkshake!

Powerfully minty with sweet vanilla and subtle coconut notes. Definitely a fun flavor combo, but it's so rich that it's hard to finish an entire can.

Smells and tastes just like mint ice cream, with a frothy, thick consistency. There’s a sour note which I don’t think should be there, but it melds with the mint enough that you can interpret it as the ‘bite’ of mint. Overall, 80% ice cream, 20% mojito.
