About This Beer
The legendary Seattle team crafted this treat with the usual TRM base, brewed with three kinds of rye malt, but they aged this edition in a blend of apple brandy and cinnamon whiskey barrels!
Tasting Notes
Anticipate decadent notes of gooey apple pie and date cascading into nuances of whiskey caramel and vanilla oak on every silky quaff. Underneath, baking spice tones should gorgeously blend with hints of brown sugar from the barrels. And after over two years in the cellar, the 13.7% ABV ought to have melted into liquid velvet.
