About This Beer
To craft this stunner, the legendary St. Louis crew teamed up with Pursuit Spirits out of Louisville, Kentucky. The duo started with a bold, rich base. Then they aged it for 24 months in one of Pursuit’s whiskey barrels, soaking it all in nuances of baking spice and vanilla oak.
Tasting Notes
Sumptuous cascades of velvety mocha and caramel-coated date course through every thick quaff. Just-pulled espresso tones gorgeously blend with toffee notes from the casks, with ripples of fudge and marshmallow just underneath. Whispers of woody spice and cinnamon carry on the end, the only hint of the 13% ABV.
