About This Beer
The brewers went all out on it, sourcing locally grown Colorado blue corn and even acquiring a special mill to process the whole kernels into flour for their first proper cereal mash.
Tasting Notes
Notes of Corn Flakes add a delicate sweetness to the biscuity backbone, while hints of almond, honey, and lime zest swirl around the edges. Then it all culminates in a cracker-crisp finish that is just absurdly refreshing.

Has a bit more body than other mexican lagers. Also it has a pretty strong corn flavor. All in all a solid warm weather beer.

Clear straw/light gold. Nice corn adjunct aroma and flavor. Good balance with no hop character. Light bodied, crisp and clean. Refreshing and sessionable ! 🇺🇸🇮🇱 4.35.
