Great well balanced Belgium sour. Fantastic.

Never had a beer of this style, and it is quite bizarre. I can tell that there's a lot of craft and care put into it, and I don't dislike it, but I can also tell this flavor profile isn't quite something I'm going to clamor for again.

Wonderful golden amber pour with aromas of rhubarb, wet earth, hay and yeasty funk. Taste fabulous mix of tart lemon peel, honey on toast and faint okay tannins. Spicy, dry but not cloying finish. Like a fall afternoon in Brussels. Lovely!
