About This Beer
To craft it, the brewers started with a clean, golden base. Then they dry hopped it with Saaz, bringing out bright notes of lemongrass and grapefruit.
Tasting Notes
Delicate nuances of freshly baked baguette drizzled in orange blossom honey cascade through every clean swig. Hints of cut grass carry after, mingling with herbaceous hop notes of spruce and wildflower for a refreshing finish.

Czech style for sure, more hoppy than light. Could be the same taste but with the Prague Pilsner strength. Not an all dayer, except for the ABV. Enjoy and move on.

It had the Czech Pilsner flavoring with a little more funk from the hops. I like both so I wanted to try it. Don’t know that I’ll be mixing them again. I’ll stick with one or the other. Not bad, just not great.

Flavorful without being too sweet or with a long-lasting after taste. Solid Pilsner flavor. A touch more bite would make this 4/5.

Nice clean and refreshing pils. Faint smell of grains and oranges, while the taste is flavorful for a pilsner, wheat crackers, candied oranges with a somewhat funky twist.

Fantastic Pils!

Bready, cracker, grainy, with a hint of floral hops. Refreshing and light with a little body.

Another hoppy pilsner. [Yawn.] Citrusy notes and enhanced bitterness on an otherwise clean lager base. Time for a Change? More like “Time for the Same Ol’ Thing”...

This Pilsner is very nice. It has notes of honey from the malts and earthy/floral notes from the hops. Finishes nice and dry.

Tasted like a solid pilsner, and 3.5! Can drink a case of these!

Solid pils at 3.5%. Maybe a touch more floral/grassy than I'd prefer but pretty true to the hops.

This is a pilsner done right, so crisp and refreshing while deep with flavor.

Bold flavors for such a light ABV. Nice for a hot day by the pool.

Certainly not a bad beer, good light beer for a hot summer day. If you like Pilsners, this one is good.

Super crusher. I want cases on cases of this and always have it cold and ready to go.

So damn good. Oddly my favorite thing I’ve had from Anchorage.

Very much a pilsner... At first. The different carbonation adds layers of hops as you drink. Turns into a pale ale almost. Very interesting.

tasty subtle take on a pils, though not up the high standard for Anchorage or a typical Pilsner
