A Note on This Beer

The Lost Abbey puts it best when describing their Tiny Bubbles - Orange Guava: “This is no ordinary beer.”

See, they bill Tiny Bubbles as a Brut Ale on the can, but swirling within that bubbly effervescence are lively yeast notes and notes of tropical fruit that elevate it beyond other champagne-like beers.

Vivid mandarin orange greets the palate upfront, giving way to mellow, yet distinct, lactic sour notes. It finishes surprisingly crisp and dry, with a lingering breadiness and waft of citrus rind that just begs for more exploration.

The Lost Abbey crafts this refreshing sipper with doses of real orange and guava. Then, they finish it off with a stroke of sea salt and further condition it in the can to lock in breezy layers of tangy-tartness.

Plus, this unique Ale comes from an award-winning brewing team! With multiple World Beer Cup Gold medals, GABF medals, and wins at the San Diego International Beer Festival, The Lost Abbey is internationally renowned!

So, time to clear out some prime real estate in the beer fridge — Tiny Bubbles - Orange Guava is a fruit-packed delight in a league of its own!

*A note from the brewer: this beer is also an all natural probiotic!

I have never had a brute ale until now. The orange and guava flavor made this a very very tasty drink.

Like sipping on a mimosa without the frilly glassware. Bright citrus, incredibly refreshing, not overly dry.

Wish there was more guava flavor. The tartness is good. Not too tart. A refreshing drink. It has a slight artificial flavor-maybe due to the fruit.

As described; Champagne style brut ale with orange flavors. A bit more tart than expected but clean and well flavored.

If I hold my nose it almost kind of tastes like wine. Nowhere near Champagne. If someone asked me to put this in my OJ I'd decline instantly. If I take the champagne aspect out it still tastes like skunk and smells worse.
