About This Beer
To craft this refreshing sipper, the Elder Pine crew co-fermented the brew in stainless steel with American Saison yeast and two varieties of Brett. Then, in a unique twist, they dry hopped the brew with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin for luscious pops of tropical fruit.
Tasting Notes
Hints of wild funk and dry wild grass tumble through bright, effervescent carbonation from bottle conditioning. Playful nuances of white wine, peach, and pineapple rise after with a pinch of spiced earth, all leading to a finish that’s complex yet approachable and endlessly drinkable.
