To Space We Go is a collaboration between the crews at Equilibrium and Unseen Creatures that has craft fans starry-eyed. The brewers used Mosaic and Strata Hops, over a base of flaked oats and wheat, for a complex brew with a super soft, creamy mouthfeel. And Equilibrium’s signature EQ Juice maximizes aromatics while minimizing any harsh hoppiness.
