About This Beer
Evil Twin NYC got together with their buddies at Brujos to reimagine their Yin and Yang brews while cranking them up a notch. The duo started with a pillowy base, then triple dry hopped it with Citra, Citra Cryo, and Citra DynaBoost, plus Eclipse, Motueka, Motueka Hop Kief, and Motueka Amplifire Oil.
Tasting Notes
Smooth swigs crash onto the palate in waves of honeydew and passion fruit. Rivers of juicy clementine, key lime, and pineapple follow, glittering with hints of sweet lychee. Resinous undercurrents plus a dash of pithy bitterness keep each swig supremely balanced.
