A Note on This Beer

From dank and resinous West Coast IPAs, to fruity New England-style juicebombs, and everything in between — I just can’t keep enough hoppy beers in my fridge.

So, I whipped up today’s IPA bundle for hop-hungry beer barons like me who are in constant need of resupply. It has two cans each of 3 different recent favorites, so you can stock up on a plethora of hop flavors with the tap of a single button!

Check it out:

First up, we have two cans of Hazier Triple IPA (Version 2) from Untitled Art!

This massive IPA comes with a 9.8% ABV and dangerously smooth tropical flavors. It’s so full of tropical papaya, orange, and peach hop flavor, you might think the brewery poured it straight from a blender.

I want to bathe my taste buds in its ocean of Mosaic, Sabro, Citra, Azacca, Amarillo, El Dorado, BRU-1, and Idaho 7 Hops all day! But, with that much booze, my day would probably end in the middle of afternoon. It might be worth it.

But it won’t last long. Even the reporter’s at Wiscon’s Madison.com say ”When Untitled Art drops a banger of a beer, it tends to disappear fast.”

Next, you’ll get two pints of To the Trees from More Brewing Company!

This resinous, West Coast-style IPA is big on citrus flavors and piney aromas. If you carved a fresh spruce log into a juicer, and used it to squeeze a pile of just-picked grapefruits, the end product would probably taste a lot like this stuff.

The flavor is ruby-red with nuances of crushed pine needles and a pop of pithy bitterness on the finish.

It’s so fresh and dank, it seems like the crew at More crafted it with ingredients they foraged from the woods. But really, they coaxed all of these forest-fresh flavors from a lush combo of Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, and Simcoe Hops! Those are the kind of skills that earned them the Beer Travel Guide’s ‘Best of Illinois’ award!

It’s just the thing for when your tastebuds need a little… sprucing up.

Finally, this variety pack comes with a couple of cans of Daaank Daniel from Heist Brewing — one of Condé Nast Traveler’s 15 Best Breweries in beer-rich Charlotte!

The brewers danked up this Hazy with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Chinook Hops, then double dry-hopped it with more Simcoe and Chinook, plus a hit of Vic Secret and Mosaic.

Every sip is like a reminder that the hop plant is closely related to Cannabis. Notes of guava, white grapefruit, and hints of resinous pine flow through this brew beneath a thick cloud of purple smoke. It’s like drinking a tropical smoothie while seated between Snoop Dogg and Willie Nelson.

With this bundle of IPAs, you can restock the hoppy shelf in your beer fridge with one tap of a button. Unless you’re like me and have an entire separate refrigerator for hoppy brews. Then you’ll need to tap a few more times.

More grapefruit and citrus coming through and not as piney as I expected. Crisp, slightly malty and a little bitter. Overall, easy to drink and enjoyable.

Piney IPAs are not for everyone, but this is a well-crafted one.

Mine exploded upon opening and I was a little worried. Maybe something just happened bringing it up from the garage cause it was still great. Really great WC flavors here

Pedestrian IPA. Not complex at all. To the trees as a name makes you think pine, but no pine/sap hop note at all.

Solid brew. The first one is going down quickly, looking forward to can number two. Very fresh on both the nose and the palate

A solid rendition of a West Coast IPA. The flavors morphed several times throughout enjoying this brew. Starting off piney and dank, switching to sweet and malty. Also had an interesting creaminess that married the two sides together.

Clean, herbal, piney. And it’s not hazy! Is that even legal?
