One out of every three New Image beers on Untappd is a 4+ rated IPA –– and that’s out of over 100 different brews! That’s some serious hop mastery!

Needless to say, anytime these brewers get their hands on the latest hop trends, the results are out of this world juicy. To craft today’s Tropically Phantastic, the brewers used not one, but two brand new, flavor enhancing techniques!

First, the New Image IPA adepts brewed with Phantasm. It’s a powder made from Sauvignon Blanc grape skins that amps the natural tropical aroma of hops — like the NZ Cascade, Citra, and already extra-potent Sabro Cryo Hops in the brew.

They also used an experimental yeast strain –– called Berkeley Tropics –– to draw out EVEN MORE island paradise notes from the cones for hyper amped up flavor!

Lush guava and drippy mango aromas greet the nose with each pour. Take a sip, and ultra-enhanced swells of ripe melon, juicy papaya, and smooth coconut splash across the palate. A bit of herbaceous grass and cool white wine carry underneath.
