About This Beer
To make this 100% Asian Pear Perry, the crew at Mission Trail hand processed locally grown fruit and cold pressed it in house. Then, they added heaps of California blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries for big jammy flavors!

I am lucky enough to have a local farmer that grows Asian pears. This like biting into one. Crisp and light, but quite sweet with the subtle berries.

Pleasant scent of pear and berry. Pear and blueberry are dominant, yielding a very dry cider. Finishes with a mild sweetness and fruitiness from the raspberry and blackberry. A great introduction to the perry style.
