A Note on This Beer
Tuesday was originally named in honor of the Norse God Tyr, the overseer of law and justice. Why such an unremarkable day is named after such an absurdly awesome, mythical character is beyond me.
Luckily, you can make any unremarkable day into something way more epic with Tuesday (2021)!
Cycle aged this exquisite Baltic Porter in Bourbon Barrels for 30 months, then allowed it to rest on heaps of creamy coconut. As a result, it tantalizes the taste buds with flavors of rich chocolate, roasty malt, and smoky whiskey. A coconutty sweetness and a whisper of blueberry rise to the surface as it warms, and the finish is smooth and satisfying.
It’s no surprise craft fans are rating this Porter a Valhalla-worthy 4.37 on UT — they know Cycle doesn’t mess around when it comes to barrel-aged dark beers. Thrillist ranks them among the 10 Best Breweries in Florida, and Gear Patrol even lists them as one of the 25 Best Breweries in America!
If I were you, I wouldn’t let another Tuesday pass you by before diving into this remarkable brew. After all, Cycle only makes it once a year, and no two versions are ever the same!
