About This Beer
To craft this one, the Cincinnati craft kings at Streetside started with a tangy Berliner Weisse base. Then they layered it with caramelized pineapple and amaretto for a sumptuously tropical taste.
Tasting Notes
Succulent pineapple surges through every sip with rich, nutty nuances swirling just underneath. The amaretto adds a hint of cherry so every swig is like biting into a slice of pineapple upside-down cake. Plus there’s booze!

Plenty of pineapple and amaretto flavor. Not too tart, just the right amount of sweetness. I likey.

I don’t think I’ve rated a beer 5 stars ever. This one was excellent! The amaretto comes through, the pineapple is 👌🏿

Smells & tastes like a tropical cocktail. Pineapple juice & caramel in aroma. Tastes like caramelized pineapple w/shot of amaretto. Bit sweet for me but really fun. and tasty.
