A Note on This Beer
Today’s forecast calls for blueberries, blood oranges, and a whole lotta funk! Better get your rain gear ready, because you’re about to get caught in a full blown Typhoon!
This extremely unusual and super fruity weather phenomenon began over Denver, localized around Black Project Spontaneous and Wild Ales — one of Food and Wine’s Essential Colorado Breweries.
The Tavour team of meteorologists believe it started when the Sour specialist brewers infused a tart Wheat Ale with a flood of blueberries and a deluge of blood oranges.
Of course, our ‘meteorologists’ are just three guys who have been sipping this crushable, 4.5% ABV Ale for the better part of the day. They probably have no idea what they’re talking about when it comes to weather.
But they do know a lot about beer. And they like this one. They can’t get enough of its stormy swirl of citrus and berry, hints of vanilla, and plenty of wild funk.
If you want to get caught in the storm, grab your cans quick. Other than the Denver taproom, the only place to get soaked in this Typhoon is right here, and our stash won’t last.
This beer is too new and too rare for ratings!
