About This Beer
The celebrated brewmasters at Casey crafted this gorgeous Fruited Saison with a base of oat-filled Ale aged in oak barrels. After blending, they conditioned it with approximately 4 lbs per gallon of whole elephant heart plums — about twice the amount of produce they normally use!
Tasting Notes
The colorfully-named jumbo stone fruits are known for having sweet, ruby-colored flesh with rich hints of berries. And, in the glass, they add lush layers of tangy and jammy juice to complex undertones of fresh hay, wildflower meadows, and farmyard funk. Zesty lemon nuances brighten every mouthful on the way to a crisp, dry finish.
