About This Beer
To craft this after-dinner delight, the beer-istas at New Image started with a velvety base doused with roasty coffee, lush vanilla, gooey caramel, and Himalayan sea salt. A touch of lactose makes it silkier than a latte.
Tasting Notes
Decadent currents of coffee and salted caramel course through every thick sip. A kiss of cocoa and cream carries underneath. It’s like a luxurious espresso mousse encased in chocolate ganache and layered with ribbons of rich caramel.

Wow. Where to start. This beer pours thick. This beer drinks thick. I like thick beer. It's sticky and gooey, but not sweet. I almost want to chew it. The alcohol does stick out. It wasn't until I poured it over a mug of vanilla ice cream, that I noticed how amazingly cocoa-y it is. It's like it transformed itself into a not-too-sweet, chocolate syrup when it hit the ice cream. I'm happy I snagged two cans and will definitely add this to my very short list of beers I hope to meet again one day.

Plenty sweet, especially when cold (definitely can taste the ABV as it warms). Bordering on cloying, so if you're not into sweet, fair warning, but doesn't cross the border for me. It is a little syrupy as well at times.
That all being said, this is a solid stout if you're looking for some dessert to warm you up late one night.

Great stout full of flavor. A little on the sweet side but masks the 13%

Bitterness at the outset that gets balanced by a slight caramel note. Very thick and chewy.
