About This Beer
The crews at Bottle Logic and Tarantula Hill kettle-hopped their huge West Coast DIPA collab every 15 minutes during the boil, using Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Simcoe. Then, they added HopFlower — an enzyme that boosts the extraction of flavors and aromas from the hops — to give the brew the fullest possible expression of each one.
Tasting Notes
Valley Glider swells with zesty tangerine nuances soaring over blueberry, mango, and apricot in each medium-bodied sip. Earthy undertones flutter through the complex and bitter brew until it sticks the landing with a pithy, piney finish.
And with its 9% ABV, you might just feel a little wind beneath your wings.
