About This Beer
To craft it, the Oregonian legends began by aging a rich base in bourbon casks for over a year. Then they rested the beer on vanilla beans and a house-made tincture featuring cardamom, ginger, caraway, cinnamon, nutmeg, black peppercorns, cloves and allspice.
Tasting Notes
Gorgeously balanced nuances of dark chocolate and candied ginger should lead every velvety quaff with hints of cinnamon and barrel spice just underneath. Look for silky swaths of vanilla oak and caramelly espresso carrying into lingering tea tones on the end.
