Citra Spectrum and Strata CGX? Don't know what that means. Also assumed this beer referred to the "Parish of Vermilion", but they spelled Vermillionaire with two L's, so I'm not sure what this beer is about. Distinct flavor at least.

I love most things that Parish does but this was a little too dank and boozy for me. I’m sure this is favorable to some but I just did not find it well balanced.

Candied tropical nose. Moderately acidic/zippy mouthfeel. Notes of grapefruit and tangerine, with a strong floral, almost piney vibe. Different, but tasty.

Long chillins’ day edition. This is interesting. Sharp, dank pine leads for me. Some of the Citra zest and papaya comes through, but not what I was expecting as far as juice or tropical notes.

Nice creamy dank and citrusy hop aroma and flavor. Delicious! Let’s go TCU Frogs !! 🐸
