About This Beer
The crew started with the same decadent Stout base as the normal BA Abraxas, so this whiskey barrel aged treat is loaded with Ancho chile peppers, cinnamon, cocoa nibs, and vanilla beans. But this time, it’ll feature Indonesian vanilla beans and Saigon cinnamon — widely considered to be the best cinnamon in the world due to its high oil content and intense flavors. They’re also adding a blend of Vietnamese dark-roasted whole coffee beans to conjure delicious layers of espresso nuances.
Tasting Notes
Expect those rich mocha tones to beautifully accent Abraxas’ signature toffee, dark fruit, and vanilla notes. And we’re definitely looking forward to the hints of tongue-tickling spice and oak on the finish!
