Before today, I’d never heard of a Saison-style table beer with a massive 3 lbs of hops per barrel! Those are IPA numbers!

Thankfully, the crew at Elder Pine Brewing & Blending don’t let a little thing like convention get in the way of crafting an amazing beer. So they took their light, ultra-crushable table Saison and loaded it up with an absolutely preposterous amount of Pacific Jade Hops all the way from New Zealand! 

The result is an incredibly drinkable and refreshing brew packed with bright citrus, tropical pineapple, and just a hint of pine. All of that hoppy goodness mingles with tangy peach and a bit of apricot from the Saison yeast, for a beer so complex that the first sip barely scratches the surface.
