About This Beer
You’ve probably heard of the famous Italian volcano Mount Vesuvius. But what about the lesser-known Mount VeSOURvius?
Located in the heart of Aslin’s northern Virginia brewery, this isn’t your normal volcano. Instead of molten magma, it spews mouthwatering Volcano Sauce Fruited Sour!
Tasting Notes
This stuff absolutely EXPLODES with delicious fruit flavors. Huge heaps of blackberries and blueberries combine with vanilla to create a gushing blast of tart berries merged with sweet melted creamsicle. The addition of creamy milk sugars makes the body lava-thick, and totally decadent.

this is my second sour ale and this is perfect. The right amount of sour to sweetness from the berries and vanilla is just perfect.

A nice tart sour. All flavors come through, the only mild downside is it has more of a beer like taste. Still enjoyable though.

best sour I’ve ever had

The berries in this Sour are wonderful. I have tried several beers that claim "milk sugar" and I find none. Volcano Sauce delivers! There is a creaminess and a sweetness behind those luscious berries that can only be described as milk sugar.
