About This Beer
To craft Volition, the Brooklyn crew started with their signature Lager yeast. The brewers used a soft hand with the roasted malts for a gentle toasty character.
Tasting Notes
Rich notes of cocoa and sweet, dark bread lead each sip. A slightly bitter, floral note emerges on the backend before a crisp finish.

Tastes lighter than it looks. Then a big malty almost sweet gives the depth you expected with a light smoke from the roast at the end.

Notes of cola and dried flowers on the nose, supplemented by baker’s cocoa and toasted pumpernickel bread. Light, crisp, and perfectly satisfying.

Nice Schwarzbier - a style you dont see often. Much lighter than a stout or porter, but still has a nice smooth, roasty & cocoa flavor
