A Note on This Beer

After a long, luxurious swig of today’s dry-hopped blueberry Cider, I had to dive in for another gulp — what were those earthy, floral notes I was tasting?

While each rose-colored sip was replete with juicy blueberries and crisp, tangy apples...was I also getting hints of lemongrass and whispers of tart grapefruit?

Clearly, We Blue It isn’t your average Cider — this sophisticated sipper comes from Far West, whose cidery lives on a 100 year-old family farm!

It’s full of fresh, local blueberries and dry-hopped with Amarillo. Those resinous cones pack some of the highest oil content of any hop, giving the Cider a unique, dry, citrus-infused flavor.

Since Far West only brewed a limited batch of this blueberry stunner, now’s your chance to grab a few cans for yourself! Show them off at your next BBQ, and I’m sure your buddies will agree — they’ve never tasted a Cider like this.

If you are a fan of hopped ciders (and I am) this one is pretty good. A really good mix of bitter, tart, and sweet. I would have liked the fruit flavors to come through more though. A VERY solid choice.

Tastes sweet initially then the Amarillo (I guess) kicks in. Different flavor profile then a regular cider

Doesn't really taste like a cider but it's not bad just slightly disappointing when your expecting it to taste like a cider.
