They started with a bold 14.8% ABV base, aged it in bourbon barrels, then transferred the brew to maple syrup bourbon barrels for a second slumber.
Tasting Notes
All that time soaking in staves has surely imbued the thick-bodied brew with layered complexity. We’re expecting delicate oak notes and hints of whiskey-caramel to ripple over flavors of dark chocolate and maple, with a belling warming finish that’ll keep your cheeks rosy on a winter night.
