The brewers over at Fonta Flora made it with a mash of local barley, oats, raw wheat, and honey malt. They fermented it with their own yeast strain, too. They hopped it in the fermenter with Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic, so it’s saturated with hoppy aromatics.
Tasting Notes
It’s fruity and citrusy, with an extra juicy sip. I’m getting peach, guava, tangerine, and maybe a little papaya… a tiny bit of honeysuckle. And it goes out with a little of that loblolly pine, too. What do you think?
