Today’s sinful treat comes from two powerhouses of craft brewing: Listermann and Streetside! And it seems they wandered onto the dark side for this devilishly decadent dessert Imperial Sour.

Like a bite of strawberry cheesecake, every sip erupts with fresh berry flavor from freeze dried strawberries, fresh strawberry puree, tart cream cheese, warm and cinnamon-y graham cracker, and creamy, dreamy milk sugar. Its taste is heavenly — but its impossible-to-detect 10% ABV says otherwise!

I’d quote some Untappd fans, but too many use language I can’t repeat here to express their enthusiasm for this wicked brew. Craft fan @Sam S. was speechless — he just used the head exploding emoji before smashing the 5 star rating!

We won’t tell a soul if you follow suit and stray from the light today. Try out the dark side…turns out, it tastes like strawberry cheesecake.
