About This Beer
Anchorage started with Strata Hops in the whirlpool and fermented this IPA with thiol-boosting Cosmic Punch yeast. Then they gave it a generous double dry hopping with Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Phantasm powder.
Tasting Notes
The succulent lemon-lime and white grape flavors of New Zealand Hops unfold into smooth waves of fresh melon with pops of pineapple. Notes of springtime florals swoop in next, followed by a delightful, mildly bitter finish.

This is very enjoyable, very crushable. Yet still has bold flavors of melon, citrus with a twist of fresh greens (light lemongrass). Gummy bear/ white wine coming through in the middle. Just the right amount of bite at the end. Game changing! Good job Anchorage, well done.

This is amazing, as someone who doesn't like IPAs, I was sold on the opportunity to try Phantasm Powder. This was all things I like in IPAs (citrusy notes) without that super hoppy Pinesol taste. Very smooth.

Tbh, being curious about the phantasm power, I bought a couple. (I'm not an ipa person.. I like my stouts)
It's good. Totally crushable. Slight bitterness up front, then smooth, then there's a slight lemon/lime aftertaste..Couldn't taste the pineapple. It's an odd flavor for me, but it's good. I'd get it again. This would earned a spot in my stouts only fridge. Lol.

Agree with JTWALLEN, not sure if it is the phantasm powder but this IPA was nicely refreshing. Hints of gummy’s and lemon pith. Very crisp.

ABC continues to pump out some of the finest IPAs available and this is no exception; one of the best hazies I’ve ever had! All hail NZ hops and an enthusiastic hello to Phantasm powder! Pillowy mouthfeel meets yeasty, bitter citrus, finishing grassy and dry.

this is a very good IPA. Its hazy which I wasn't expecting given I am over the NEIPA hype. With that said it is a delicious IPA and one I cant wait to try again.

Strong tropical pineapple nose. The phantasm powder really seems to amp up the aromas. Flavor was ok. Got some melon, lime, and more pineapple. A solid IPA that I would drink again.
