Who Dat? is as easy-going as the Big Easy itself. Pilsner Malt and Flaked Barley create a silky mouthfeel, while hybrid yeast fermentation adds refreshing Lager-like crispness. Citra and Hallertau Blanc Hops douse the golden-yellow brew with orange, ruby red grapefruit, lemongrass, and bursts of white grape.
