Stout sippers, you’re in for a sensational tropical treat. Today’s new Rum Barrel Aged Stout from Bottle Logic is nothing shy of a masterpiece.

To craft it, the CA legends started with a rich, cocoa-y base aged in rum casks. Then they got freaky with the tiki and conditioned it on 1,000 lbs of brûléed coconut while a delicate touch of pineapple and orange zest give it all a lift.  

Enormous tropical aromas erupt out of every dark (and stormy) pour. On the swig, thick, creamy colada currents cascade into sumptuous nuances of bittersweet chocolate, vanilla oak, and brown sugar. A hint of citrus shimmers on the finish like a sunset over an island paradise.

Careful though — all those confectionary Caribbean flavors hide a 13% ABV!

You could pour some after dinner for a decadent, rummy dessert. Or pull out the tiki torches, put on some Jimmy Buffet, and make a happy hour of it! If you can stand to share any at all.
