About This Beer
The mad scientists at Equilibrium and their buddies at Eighth State took inspiration from chocolatey, toasty, mallow-filled Mallomar cookies to dream up this nostalgic brew. To make Window of Opportunity, they conditioned a fudgy Imperial Stout base on cacao nibs, marshmallow, graham crackers, and flaked coconut.
