About This Beer
To make this cake inspired brew, the Sultans of Stout at Cycle started with their epically fudgy base beer, and then upped the ante by aging it in chocolate rye barrels for a whopping 34 months! As if that wasn’t enough, they conditioned the brew on cinnamon, coconut, and toasted marshmallow!

It’s like if a german chocolate cake and a snickerdoodle had a baby, and that baby came with a double-digit ABV.

Great flavors of cinnamon and coconut up front. Stout base is well blended and bourbon barrel aging is well done. Marshmallow is subtle but provides some sweetness.

phenomenal. sweet but not too sweet. complex but satisfyingly drinkable. I actually had some solidified coconut fatty solids in mine, but I wasn’t mad at it. the real deal.
