About This Beer
To craft it, the team blended several Stouts aged between 26 and 9 months in a variety of barrels, including Weller Special Reserve, 19-Year Heaven Hill, Stagg Jr, and Willett Rye. Then they let the concoction rest on a massive amount of hand-scraped Ugandan and Mexican vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Notes of crème brûlée and dark chocolate swirl atop a bed of rich and roasty malts. Sophisticated oak and bourbon nuances linger on the palate after every silky-smooth sip, erasing almost all trace of the boozy 13% ABV.

thick, chocolatey, delicious

Pure barrel throughout. From nose to finish BBA. fudgy chocolate comes along for the ride but the star here is the Bourbon barrels.

A great barrel-aged stout. Malty as a stout should be, with additional the mellow and sweet profile of the whiskey

Very smooth barrel-aging with notes of vanilla. Slight notes of dark fruit add to the complexity of the brew.
