About This Beer
The celebrated NYC craft crew took a small batch of chocolatey Imperial Stout and aged it in a single “perfect” Heaven Hill bourbon barrel for three whole years. They tended it with care and allowed time to work its magic, and the result is a showstopper.
Tasting Notes
Each velvety quaff swirls with rich notes of fudgy cocoa, vanilla, molasses, and dark cherry. A hint of oaky char beautifully balances the caramelly sweetness, enhancing the elegant intricacy of every taste. Throughout it all, the 12% ABV lends this brew a touch of whiskey-kissed warmth.
