About This Beer
Yore is a throwback to the storied Světlé Pivo brewing tradition. The Brooklyn-based craft crew started with Moravian floor-malted Czech Pilsner Malts for fuller nuances of grain, then introduced Czech-grown Saaz Hops for soft pine and citrus zest flavors.
Tasting Notes
Each sip flows with notes of rich, rustic bread drizzled with honey. Wafts of lemon follow, ushering in a hoppy tinge of pine and pepper on the back end. The tongue-tingling effervescence is clean and crushable, with a depth that gives Lager lovers plenty to contemplate.

I like it when people take chances with brewing a beer that has some of the characteristics of a style with a variable change. in this case however, the aggressive hopping takes me away from the grain flavor and the lightness for which I like pilsners. there are many wonderful pilsners that come through tavor, this is not my favorite.
