About This Beer
To craft this absolute banger, the esteemed Bottle Logic crew put on the biggest suit jackets they could find and teamed up with their friends at Highland Park Brewing. Together, they started with a three-step mash using ultra-traditional Pevec Pilsner malts and finished with a single decoction.

A good, simple Pilsner. if you like the style, you'll like this.

A solid, to-spec American take on the Czech Pilsner style. The Saaz hops impart a slight skunky aroma and flavor (but in a good way!). A touch of diacetyl implies a honey biscuit flavor. Medium body; mod-low CO2. Sessionable at 4.6%, but the hops linger.

this was just okay. crisp and refreshing, but quite a bit of aftertaste. untapped suggested crushable as a descriptor and I definitely disagree with that. definitely a heavy aftertaste for a lighter beer. best enjoyed in an oversized suit

Pretty basic pils. Easy drinkin.
