After aging in oak barrels for one year, the brewers referment the beer on Texas grown Muscat grapes, a historic grape variety usually used for making sweet wines. These fruits impart floral notes of honeysuckle and earthy elderflower, along with twinges of full-bodied musky grape. 

The delicate Muscat sweetness provides a beautiful balance to the pucker and natural funk of this Wild Ale. It would pair wonderfully with a plate of rich, funky cheeses, or — for dessert lovers — a slice of berry-topped cheesecake.
