To craft it, Mikerphone blended five incredible BA Stouts. Just check out the barrel bill: Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrel for 20 Months, Weller Wheated Bourbon Barrel for 34 Months, Willett Straight Rye Whiskey Barrel for 43 Months, Journeyman Distillery Corsets, Whips, & Whiskey Wheat Whiskey Barrel for 46 Months, and Starlight Bourbon Whiskey Barrel for 51 Months. And they conditioned it all on Dancing Goat barrel-aged maple syrup, Puerto Rican cocoa nibs, and Heady Cup Papua New Guinea coffee beans!
Tasting Notes
We expect each sip to sing with treacly molasses, raisin, and maple notes — like chasing a syrup-drizzled pancake with a shot of bourbon. A thumping espresso bassline should hammer underneath, masterfully accentuating the malts, while a kiss of whiskey and oak crescendos on the finish. All while keeping the 15.18% ABV nice and smooth!
