About This Beer
To create this luscious sip, the brewers drew inspiration from spumoni — the classic Italian dessert of layered gelato. So they used the same ingredients you’d find in the real thing!
They added roasted pistachios and a massive dose of cacao nibs from French Broad chocolate. Then they sprinkled in a huge pile of vanilla beans and topped it off with dried bing cherries.
Tasting Notes
Altogether, it’s fudgy, decadent, and oh so luxurious. Like scooping up a bite of a chocolate-cherry sundae with crumbled nuts, this brew is guaranteed to make you feel a little pampered. Plus, that 15% ABV is bound to leave you nice and relaxed.

had this once before, it's exactly as i remember. typical burial viscosity. baker's Cocoa on the nose and represented equally on the palate. raspberry notes and a pleasant nuttiness round it out making it a decadent dessert. fruit is not overpowering.
