To craft it, the Stout specialists at Burial started with a roasty base before layering it with peanut butter, Tahitian vanilla beans, and cacao nibs from French Broad Chocolate, giving at all the decadence of an artisanal truffle. But then they amped it up with dried Sri Lankan bananas for shades of bananas foster.
Tasting Notes
Let it warm, and sumptuous notes of dark mocha and brûléed ‘nana all swathed in nutty richness cascade through every thick quaff. Nuances of fluffy marshmallow and caramel carry underneath before a final flood of peanut butter and chocolate-covered tropical fruit.
