About This Beer
The Axolotl was originally part of Ology’s anniversary series release a couple years ago, but has become such a fan favorite that the team brought it back into rotation. Infused with blackberries and real cheesecake, each sip is true to form creamy, fruity, and dreamy as a ride on a cloud!
Tasting Notes
Every rich, thick sip is a veritable slice of cheesecake brew! Tart, bright berry flavors hit the palate at the start, with a creamy rich mouthfeel washing over the palate leading to a sumptuously satisfying finish.

Very tart, sour blackberry cheesecake brew! It isn’t a smoothie style or overly sweet, and it’s crisp, fresh, and has an almost saline finish. The aroma has the most cheesecake.

The cheesecake flavor is odd, it almost tastes like coconut. Doesn’t mesh well with the beer in my opinion.
