Ology Brewing started small — a tiny part of Florida’s booming craft beer scene. But when a brewery starts putting out a host of incredible IPAs, Sours, and Stouts, they never stay small very long. This crew even took Gold at the Best Florida Beer Competition the very first time they entered! Now, they’re a powerhouse in The Sunshine State, with multiple taprooms that attract beer tourists from all over the Southeast. They’ve also been reviving styles that beer fans might not be used to seeing, like their Good Idea Altbier and their Lord Adrian Belgian Strong Golden Ale.
