“Heliocentric” is the belief that all of the planets in our solar system revolve around the sun — a concept most of us take for granted.

Now, I’m a fairly smart guy. I believe in science. But after tasting Heliocentric Distortion, I’m beginning to think Ology Brewing might be the center of the universe!

Take today’s Double New England IPA, for example. Crack it open, and your nose is immediately whisked away on a cloud of juicy berries and crushed grapes! As you sip it, your tongue is wrapped in a smooth, silky blanket of dank, ripe peaches, creamy mangoes, and crisp Sauvignon Blanc. 

On the finish, zesty oranges melt into a subtle malt sweetness, which then dissolves into the lip-smacking taste of hops.

It’s no wonder craft fans are singin’ its praises:
